Moving dates change all the time, and we understand this completely. If your date moves, simply let us know as soon as possible and we’ll reschedule your slot. There is no penalty for date changes with reasonable notice.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. We supply all packing materials when you book our full or partial packing service. If you prefer to pack yourself, we can provide high-quality boxes, bubble wrap, tape and wardrobe boxes at competitive prices.
Can you dismantle and rebuild furniture?
Absolutely. Our team can safely dismantle and reassemble beds, wardrobes, tables and most household furniture. For appliances like cookers or washing machines, we can arrange a trusted partner to disconnect them.
Do you move fragile or high-value items?
Yes. We use bespoke protective covers for TVs, mattresses, sofas, artwork and delicate items. Simply let us know what needs extra care, and we’ll ensure everything is packed and transported safely.
Are my belongings insured?
Yes. All moves are fully insured as standard. Your items are covered from the moment we begin handling them until they are delivered to your new address.

Can I store items short term?
Yes. Our secure wooden-crate storage is ideal for short-term needs such as waiting on keys, renovating or moving overseas. Long-term storage is available too.

Yes. We operate weekly guaranteed sailings between Northern Ireland and Great Britain, covering England, Scotland and Wales. Full loads and discounted part-loads are available.
